Due Diligence Assessment, Water Supply Reliability in Ukraine, Russia and Georgia

Project description:

The client intended to acquire seven mineral water bottling plants in Ukraine, Russia and Georgia. The water supply reliability of these plants and the conditions for production were to be investigated. HPC was mandated to evaluate potential risks in the context of an environmental, hydrogeological and legal compliance Due Diligence assessment. The Due Diligence assessment was to be executed at short notice within two weeks’ time.
