For the achievement of this objective the working team proceeded to the revision/completion and to the necessary validation of the existing Level I and Level II Environmental Impact Assessment Studies, based on the results obtained during the audit. All environmental pollutions, based on the operating processes of the industrial complexes, were identified. These operations had an effect on soil, water and atmosphere, as well as on human health, fauna and flora. The data forced the auditing team to revise/complete the existing environmental documentation and at the same time to elaborate additional environmental impact assessment verifications connected with well justified rehabilitation recommendations.
